Privacy policy

This policy explains how the Vision Innovation Projects (V.I.P) website handles information. In short: the website itself does not store anything you type.

What the forms do

The request, idea, application and quote forms do not send data to a server. When you press the button, the website builds a message from what you typed and opens WhatsApp with that message ready. Nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp yourself.

What we receive

If you send the message, we receive it on WhatsApp along with your WhatsApp name and phone number. We use this only to answer your request, prepare a quote, review your job application or give you a shipment status. We do not sell or share it for marketing.

Third parties

• WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages you choose to send. Its own privacy policy applies to that chat.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site. Your browser requests them from Google, which may see your IP address.
• Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

The website uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies. It only remembers the language you chose, stored in your own browser.

Job applications

If you send a CV, we keep it only to contact you about suitable roles. Ask us on WhatsApp at any time and we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp and we act on it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
